1What this covers
Some Nova plans are billed once. Others continue month to month so that treatment does not stop between refills. This page covers the second kind.
A one time purchase is never turned into a recurring plan on its own. If a plan renews, that is made clear before you pay, and the price and the interval are shown at checkout.
2How a recurring plan works
When you start a recurring plan you authorise Nova to charge the payment method you gave, at the interval shown, until you cancel.
Each charge is tied to a prescription that is still current. If a clinician has not authorised a continuation, the plan does not renew and you are not charged for medication you cannot receive.
A shipment may be prepared and charged a short time before the interval date so that treatment does not run out while a parcel is in transit.
3Changing your mind
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. Call the clinic on 480-307-9130, and do it before the next charge date so the change catches that cycle.
A charge already taken for an order that has been filled cannot be reversed, because dispensed medication cannot be returned. Cancelling stops the next charge, not the one that has already produced a shipment.
You can also pause rather than cancel. Talk to the team first, because stopping or restarting treatment is a clinical decision as much as a billing one.
4Price changes
The price of a plan can change. If it does, you are told before the change takes effect, and you can cancel rather than accept it.
5Failed payments
If a charge is declined, the clinic will contact you. A plan may be paused while the payment method is sorted out, which can delay a shipment.
Keep your card details current with the clinic, particularly after a replacement card is issued.
6Your record of it
You are sent a receipt for every charge. If something on a receipt does not look right, call the clinic on 480-307-9130 before disputing it with your bank, because a dispute freezes the plan and delays treatment while it is investigated.
Pausing, cancelling or changing a plan
One phone call does it. Talk to the team before you stop treatment so it is done sensibly.
