Two Ways to Start.
Some things happen at the clinic on E. Shea Blvd. Everything prescribed runs through a secure telehealth review instead, because a licensed provider has to see it first. Both are below.

In Clinic
Facials, microneedling, body contouring and recovery, booked at the Scottsdale clinic. No prescription needed for any of them.
See In-Clinic Services
Online
Weight loss, strength, rejuvenation, hair growth and mood, reviewed by a licensed provider before anything is prescribed.

In-Clinic Services
Booked at 7425 E. Shea Blvd, Suite 112. No prescription needed for any of these. Prices are what the clinic charges, and are confirmed before anything starts.
Online, Physician-Guided Care
Each of these is prescription only. You complete a secure telehealth intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and it is prescribed only when it is appropriate for you. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
Frequently Asked Questions
If yours is not here, call 480-307-9130 and we will answer it properly.
Two Paths, One Team
In-clinic services such as the body scan, ExoFreeze and skin tightening need no prescription. Everything prescribed, compounded or brand name, is physician-guided: a licensed provider reviews your secure telehealth intake and prescribes only when appropriate. Statements about non-prescription products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Book a ConsultationHow do I get started?
With a free body scan and report. It gives the team a complete picture of your health rather than just a number on a scale, and your personalized protocol is built from it.
What is the difference between compounded and brand name?
Brand-name medications such as Mounjaro, Zepbound and Ozempic are FDA-approved products dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded preparations are made by licensed compounding pharmacies, are not FDA-approved, and are not generic versions of brand-name drugs. Your provider will explain which is appropriate for you and what each costs before you decide.
Do I need to come into the clinic?
The body scan, ExoFreeze 2.0, ExoPod, LumaArc and skin tightening all happen at the Scottsdale clinic on E. Shea Blvd. Care prescribed online runs entirely through secure telehealth, and phone appointments are accepted for everything else.
Do I need a prescription?
It depends which path you take. In-clinic services such as the body scan, ExoFreeze 2.0, ExoPod, LumaArc and skin tightening need no prescription. Weight management, hormone and performance treatments are prescription only: you complete a secure telehealth intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and treatment is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate for you. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
What does it cost, and do you offer financing?
Pricing depends on the protocol built from your scan, and it is explained in full before anything starts. There are no hidden fees. Nova accepts HSA and FSA cards and offers Cherry, Sunbit, CareCredit, Affirm and Aftercare, a buy-now-pay-later option with no hard credit check.
Do you bill insurance?
Program pricing is paid directly rather than billed to insurance, but Nova does accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible wellness and weight management programs.
What happens if I want to stop or change my plan?
Talk to the team first so any change is made sensibly, then contact the clinic on 480-307-9130 and we will adjust it.
