Dr. Gerald Stipanuk, MD
Medical Provider
Dr. Stipanuk graduated from the University of Illinois Medical School in Chicago with honors, as a James Scholar of Independent Study. While in medical school he also received an MS and a PhD (ABD) in electrical engineering.
Before medical school he took a BS in Chemistry and an MS in geography and meteorology at the University of Illinois, Champaign and Urbana. He worked as a fog research assistant at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico, and as a visiting scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado.
He has been in practice for 45 years, and received national recognition for quality as a hospitalist medical director for Emcare.
He lives with his wife Kellie, who is a missionary, and their daughter in Memphis.
Amanda Tuel, FNP-C
Medical Director
Amanda has been an RN for 18 years and a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for 11 years, with experience across emergency medicine, family practice, dermatology, obesity medicine, telehealth, wellness and aesthetics.
She has nine years of med spa experience, including starting her own practice and helping clinics and companies across the country build their own platforms, policies and procedures. Amanda offers medical directorship in applicable states, consulting, and good faith exams.
In her free time you can usually find her hiking with her dogs or cuddling her rescue donkey.

Meet Tonita
Clinical Manager, Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Medical Assistant
Tonita leads the clinical side of Nova, with 27 years in the esthetic and medical industry behind her. Her favourite treatments are the HydraFacial and microneedling, because of the skin rejuvenation results they deliver. She is happiest building long term relationships with clients and guiding them through peptide therapy toward their wellness goals.

Aesthetician and Medical Assistant
Jayme’s favourite treatment is the microneedling RF machine, which she believes gives the best results for skin rejuvenation and lasting glow. She is a firm believer in skincare at home as well as in clinic, and her goal is simple: skin her clients actually love.

Wellness Consultant
Natalia builds personalised wellness plans and stays with clients through the whole journey. She takes pride in making the experience comfortable and well informed from the first visit onward, and works closely with the rest of the team so nobody falls between the gaps.

Grace’s favourite treatment is the ExoPod, for the way it supports collagen and lymphatic drainage and leaves people feeling refreshed. What she enjoys most is watching clients walk out feeling like themselves again.

Danyelle brings expertise in advanced skincare and laser treatments, and builds customised plans for healthy, radiant skin. Her favourites are laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and facials, because she gets to see the results and the confidence they give people.

Sydney looks after the experience end to end, from the first conversation to ongoing check-ins. She focuses on making sure every client has the guidance, the education and the support they need to reach their goals.
